О влиянии лидерства на адаптивность организации

Аннотация
Цель. Выявить, каким образом влияют лидерство, стратегия, технология, сложность организационной структуры на организационную адаптивность и какова роль лидерства в этом процессе.
Задачи. На основе теории динамических возможностей изучить адаптивные процессы современной организации; исследовать влияние инноваций, стратегии и сложности организационной структуры на процессы адаптации организации; показать влияние лидерства на адаптационные процессы.
Методология. В основе статьи находится социологическое исследование, которое осуществлено на базе онлайн-опросов 245 респондентов. Для проверки гипотез использовано структурное моделирование.
Результаты. Исследование позволило выявить, что стратегия и технология влияют на уровень адаптивности организации, а лидерство, опосредуя влияние стратегии, технологии и сложной организационной структуры, упрощает процессы адаптации организации. Благодаря влиянию лидерства, сложность организационной структуры не препятствует адаптационным процессам. Организационная адаптивность при использовании лидерства эффективна в организациях, в которых существует интеллектуальный капитал.
Выводы. Методы стратегического лидерства способствуют организационной адаптации. Лидер использует стиль руководства, который позволяет увязывать задачи и фокусироваться на подходах к взаимоотношениям, приводящим к адаптационным изменениям в организации.
