Стратегии бизнес-моделей и венчурное финансирование ИИ-стартапов

Аннотация

Цель. Показать влияние различных конфигураций бизнес-моделей на эффективность привлечения венчурного финансирования стартапами в сфере искусственного интеллекта (ИИ), а также выделить типы бизнес-моделей, наиболее привлекательные для рынка капитала.

Задачи. Классифицировать бизнес-модели ИИ-стартапов на три типа: инфраструктурно-ориентированные, прикладно-ориентированные и гибридные; выполнить эмпирическую оценку связи между типом бизнес-модели и объемом привлеченного финансирования; разработать стратегические рекомендации для ИИ-стартапов ранних стадий в аспектах распределения ресурсов и рыночного позиционирования. 

Методология. Исследование основано на эмпирическом анализе выборки из 980 непубличных ИИ-стартапов. Методология включает в себя классификацию компаний по их ключевым ценностным предложениям и анализ исторических данных о привлечении финансирования с использованием статистического моделирования для выявления взаимосвязи между выбором бизнес-модели и результатами финансирования. 

Результаты. Установлено, что инфраструктурно-ориентированные компании с большей вероятностью привлекают инвестиции и демонстрируют более высокие показатели финансирования. Прикладно-ориентированные компании, как правило, обладают более слабыми возможностями по привлечению капитала, если сравнивать их с компаниями, нацеленными на инфраструктуру. Для гибридных моделей предусмотрен значительный дисконт по объему привлекаемого финансирования. 

Выводы. Для повышения конкурентных преимуществ и успешности привлечения финансирования компаниям целесообразно придерживаться четко определенных бизнес-моделей, а не диверсифицированных гибридных моделей. Стратегическая фокусировка оказывается более эффективной для получения поддержки со стороны рынка капитала, чем ресурсоемкая интеграция.
