Author Guidelines

The Basic Requirements to script submissions for publisher of Economics and Management

1. Contents

• Summary should contain the aim, tasks, methods and results of research. Please find the Summar Guidance on Economics and Management web-site
• List of key words should contain 5 to 7 items separated by semicolon
• Information about the author should contain job position, regalia and location using subjective case together with personal details and contact information
• One signed photograph. Electronic version should contain .tif or .jpg formats only
• External review signed and sealed

2. Layout

• Size should be not less than 0.4 and not more than 1 author’s list
• Personal information should be placed in the top right corner of the front page starting with the name, position, regalia, company name with full address, etc.
• Please use the Times New Roman size 14 with 2.5 cm border on the left and 2 cm on the right, top and bottom sides
• List of references should contain bibliography on all publications mentioned in the article. Please use square brackets for numbers in the order of their appearance in the article. The sources not mentioned in the article should not be used in this list. All the references should be positioned at the very end of the article using numbers shown in square brackets with detailed position in the text. In case you refer to magazine, newspaper or digest you should indicate the page number (s) and the full number of pages in case of monograph, textbook or any other publication

• All the pictures, diagrams, tables and schedules should be positioned exactly in place they are being mentioned in the article
• Please use .doc or .exe formats in case illustrations were made by the author personally in the same format
• For all the other illustrations please use the original format
• Illustrations scanned in .tif or .jpg using 300 dpi apart from being placed in the text should be sent separately in attached file
• Illustrations copied from Internet should be placed in the text as well as sent separately in attached file using original format
• The picture in the article should be of the same size as it is shown in original source
• Recommended amount of pictures and illustrations should not exceed three items

4. Photograph

• Photograph of the author (s) should be attached to the article
• The size of photograph should be not smaller than passport size, i. e. 3 x 4 cm. Photographs sent electronically should have not less than 300 dpi
• Please do not send photographs in Word
• Photograph should be signed in full

About Summary

The summary will be looked at before the article therefore it is important to attract the readers’ attention to the article and make them get interested in reading the article itself. All Russian and International index databases make the decision on whether to include the article into their database or not. Summaries are available on the Internet and are being indexed by network search systems. The Russian version of the summary will be translated into English and, after that it will be downloaded on the page with the English version of Economics and Management. The next stage is the actual preparation of the article to be indexed and quoted by international analytic systems.

Contents and Structure

The summary should contain actual ideas, head notes and facts about the author’s research. Any overstatements are not acceptable. It is preferable for the summary to have th e same structure as an article.

The summary which contains clear goals and objectiveс, methods and results are very much appreciated. At the end of the summary the conclusions should be highlighted. In some cases when all the required information has been put in the heading of the article you can describe the methods of your research from the point of their originality and necessity.

Please send all the articles printed on A4 paper format together with electronic version using Microsoft Word. Both versions should be identical.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
