Определить ключевые параметры занятости, позволяющие студентам бакалавриата и магистратуры оптимальным образом сочетать работу с получением профессионального образования, а лицам, обучающимся на курсах повышения квалификации, иметь баланс между работой и семейными функциями.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Проанализировать опросы студентов выпускного курса бакалавриата и магистратуры, а также выпускников программ дополнительного профессионального образования (ДПО) экономического факультета Московского государственного университета (МГУ) имени М. В. Ломоносова.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. В исследовании применены общелогические методы познания: диалектический, системный, логический и сравнительный анализ; методы социологических исследований, включая опросы контактной аудитории.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлены основные характеристики занятости, способствующие сохранению работающими студентами высокого уровня успеваемости, положительно сказывающиеся на балансе «семья — работа» для лиц более старшего возраста, получающих дополнительное профессиональное образование.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Повышение гибкости рынка труда в виде роста предложений о работе с частичной занятостью могло бы в значительной степени способствовать сохранению и повышению качества подготовки студентов, совмещающих работу и учебу, что особенно актуально для уровня бакалавриата. Расширение доступных форм занятости может положительно влиять на решение о получении первого профессионального опыта еще во время обучения в вузе. В связи с развитием дистанционной занятости формы работы студентов требуют дополнительного детального изучения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to determine the key employment parameters that allow bachelor’s and master’s degree students to combine work with professional education in the optimal way and help people enrolled on further professional education to maintain a balance between work and family functions.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors analyze surveys of bachelor’s and master’s degree undergraduates and graduates of continuing professional education (CPE) programs of the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This study uses general logical methods: dialectical, logical, comparative, and systems analysis; methods of sociological research, including public surveys.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The authors identify major employment characteristics that help working students maintain high academic performance and positively affect the work-family balance of older people receiving further professional education.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Increased flexibility of the labor market in the form of more part-time job offers could make a significant contribution to maintaining and improving the quality of training of students who combine work and studies, which is especially relevant for bachelor’s degree students. Diversifying the available forms of employment can positively affect the decision to gain intitial professional experience while studying at the university.
