Выявить ключевые факторы, способствующие успеху франчайзинга в общественном питании в России, а также определить, какие форматы франчайзинга применяются в российском государстве.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Провести анализ материалов информационных порталов о франчайзинге, а также изучить исследовательские работы, посвященные данной теме.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. В статье для достижения поставленной цели использованы методы анализа и синтеза, систематизации и структурирования информации, классификационные подходы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Рост рынка общественного питания в Российской Федерации (РФ) привел к популяризации франчайзинга, а появляющиеся дополнительные возможности ведения бизнеса способствуют развитию новых форматов франчайзинга.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Успех франчайзинга во многом зависит от ее покупателя. Поэтому при открытии франчайзинговой точки под влиянием множества факторов (ее месторасположения, специфики региона) происходит формирование и развитие новых форматов франчайзинга.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The presented study addresses the issues of franchising in the Russian food service industry.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The study aims to determine the key factors of the success of franchising in the Russian food service industry and to identify the formats of franchising that are used in Russia.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors analyze the materials of information portals about franchising and examine research papers on this subject.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. To achieve the set aim, this study uses analysis and synthesis, systematization and structuring of information, and classification approaches.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The growth of the food service market in the Russian Federation has led to the popularization of franchising, while the emerging additional business opportunities facilitate the development of new franchising formats.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The success of a franchise depends heavily on its buyer.
