Выявить основные направления и особенности становления, развития современной корпоративной социальной политики (КСП) ведущих международных компаний.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Охарактеризовать приоритетные направления и принципы КСП по управлению международной компанией; определить принципы корпоративной социальной ответственности международной организации.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Авторами использованы эмпирические и аналитические методы исследования, проведен анализ эффективности КСП, уровня развития внутрифирменных трудовых отношений на примере деятельности компании Apple.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Социальная политика международной фирмы является важным компонентом ее бизнес-стратегии, что позволяет ей укреплять репутацию и повышать конкурентоспособность на мировом рынке. Внутрифирменные трудовые отношения — один из важных элементов социальной политики компании ведущих международных корпораций. Они стремятся создать условия для максимального развития потенциала сотрудников, обеспечивая им равные возможности и справедливое вознаграждение за труд.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Инициативы КСП превратились сегодня из добровольного выбора отдельных компаний в комплексные стратегии, обязательные правила на региональном, национальном и международном уровнях. Многие международные компании предпочитают выходить за рамки юридических требований и внедряют идею «делать добро» в свои бизнес-модели развития.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To identify the main directions and peculiarities of formation, development of modern corporate social policy (CSP) of leading international companies.</p></sec><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives. To characterize the priority directions and principles of CSR on management of an international company; to define the principles of corporate social responsibility of an international organization.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The authors used empirical and analytical methods of research, analyzed the effective- ness of CSR, the level of development of intra-company labor relations on the example of the activities of Apple.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The social policy of an international firm is an important component of its business strategy, which allows it to strengthen its reputation and increase competitiveness in the global market. Intra-firm labor relations are one of the important elements of the social policy of the company of leading international corporations. They strive to create conditions for the maximum development of employees’ potential, providing them with equal opportunities and fair remuneration for labor.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. CSR initiatives have evolved today from a voluntary choice of individual companies into comprehensive strategies, mandatory rules at regional, national and international levels.
