Выявление основных проблем обращения с цифровыми данными в метавселенных «умных городов», а также выработка рекомендаций по их решению.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Провести анализ научных источников, в которых исследованы вопросы применения технологии метавселенной для развития «умных городов»; выявить проблемы управления данными при развитии метавселенных «умных городов»; предложить рекомендации относительно управления данными при внедрении этой технологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Объектом исследования послужила современная концепция цифровых метавселенных как нового этапа трансформации социально-экономических систем в условиях бурного развития цифровых технологий. Предметом исследования является проблематика обращения с цифровыми данными в рамках реализации идей цифровых метавселенных «умных городов». Алгоритм исследования состоял из трех этапов: анализ публикаций по тематике исследования в зарубежных и отечественных базах данных научной литературы, выявление проблем обращения с данными в цифровых системах и виртуальных средах, разработка рекомендаций по нивелированию выявленных проблем.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В процессе исследования показано, что важнейшим ресурсом развития метавселенных «умных городов» являются цифровые данные; утверждается, что основным условием развития метавселенных «умного города» служит формирование единого пространства обмена данными основных участников в рамках метавселенной «умного города». Обобщены ключевые проблемы, связанные с использованием цифровых данных в процессах развития метавселенных «умных городов». Новизна исследования заключается в выработке рекомендаций по формированию системы обращения с цифровыми данными в рамках развития метавселенных «умных городов».</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Полученные результаты способствуют развитию научного направления, связанного с цифровизацией городских пространств в рамках концепции метавселенных «умного города», и проведению будущих исследований, посвященных этой тематике.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To identify the main problems of handling digital data in metaverses of “smart cities”, as well as to develop recommendations for their solution.</p></sec><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives. To analyze the scientific sources that investigate the issues of applying the metaverse technology for the development of “smart cities”; to identify the problems of data management in the development of metaverse “smart cities”; to offer recommendations on data management in the implementation of this technology.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The object of the study is the modern concept of digital metaverse as a new stage of transformation of socio-economic systems in the conditions of rapid development of digital technologies. The subject of the study is the problematics of handling digital data in the framework of the realization of the ideas of digital metaverse “smart cities”. The research algorithm consisted of three stages: analysis of publications on the subject of the study in foreign and domestic databases of scientific literature, identification of problems of data handling in digital systems and virtual environments, development of recommendations for leveling the identified problems.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study shows that the most important resource for the development of metaverse “smart cities” is digital data; it is argued that the main condition for the development of metaverse “smart city” is the formation of a common space of data exchange of the main participants within the metaverse “smart city”. The main problems related to the use of digital data in the development of smart city metaverse are summarized. The novelty of the study lies in the development of recommendations for the formation of a system of handling digital data in the development of “smart cities” metaverse.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
