Выявление наиболее эффективных методов форсайта для технологического прогнозирования цифровой трансформации и развития российских корпораций.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Анализ методологических основ форсайта, его сущности, целеполагания и особенностей использования на практике; выявление факторов применения методов форсайта зарубежными консалтинговыми компаниями; обзор российской практики применения корпоративного форсайта ОАО «РЖД», ПАО «Газпром» и ГК «Росатом»; установление и демонстрация наиболее эффективных методов форсайта для практики отечественных компаний.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Авторами использованы общелогические и специальные методы исследования, системный и структурно-функциональный подходы. Информационную базу исследования составили научные работы, опубликованные в российских и зарубежных изданиях, публикации в ведущих отечественных периодических изданиях, нормативно-правовые документы, а также данные Банка России, международных консалтинговых компаний и т. д.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Статья посвящена перспективам и возможностям использования методов форсайта для прогнозирования и стратегического планирования в российских компаниях. Выявлены наиболее эффективные методы форсайта, которые возможно использовать для разработки стратегии цифровой трансформации отечественных компаний.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Сложность технологического прогнозирования обусловлена также высокой степенью неопределенности среды цифровой экономики, что подтверждено результатами исследования авторов в контексте анализа данных многочисленных прогнозов аналитических и консалтинговых компаний. Существенную разницу в методике расчета показателя можно наблюдать на примере оценки объема мирового рынка интернета вещей, на котором прослеживается значительный разброс мнений аналитиков, от 300,3 млрд долл. до 1 186,2 млрд долл. в 2021 г. (от 75,28 до 740,47 млрд долл. в 2020 г.). Корпоративный форсайт служит стратегическим инструментом технологического прогнозирования в условиях высокой неопределенности цифровой среды, ненадежности прогнозов развития рынка технологий Индустрии 4.0 и других социально-экономических процессов, которые имеют первоочередное значение при разработке стратегий цифровой трансформации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To identify the most effective foresight methods for technological forecasting of digital transformation and development of Russian corporations.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. Analysis of methodological foundations of foresight, its essence, goal setting, and specifics of its practical application; identification of factors for foreign consulting companies to apply foresight methods; review of Russian practice of corporate foresight application by RZD, Gazprom and Rosatom; identification and demonstration of the most effective foresight methods for domestic companies.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The authors used general logical and special research methods, system and structuralfunctional approaches. The study is based on scientific papers published in Russian and foreign periodicals, publications in leading Russian periodicals, normative-legal documents, as well as data from the Bank of Russia, international consulting companies, etc.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article is devoted to the prospects and possibilities of using foresight methods for forecasting and strategic planning in Russian companies. The most effective foresight methods that can be used to develop strategies for the digital transformation of domestic companies were identified.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The complexity of technological forecasting is also due to the high degree of uncertainty in the digital economy environment, which is confirmed by the authors’ research in the context of analyzing the data of numerous forecasts of analytical and consulting companies. Significant differences in the methodology of calculating the indicator can be seen in the example of estimates of the size of the global Internet of Things market, which shows a significant scattering of analysts’ opinions, from $300.3 billion to $1,186.2 billion in 2021 (from $75.28 billion to $740.47 billion in 2020).
