Определить характеристики современного этапа цифровизации и на этой основе сфор­мировать управленческий подход к осуществлению цифровой трансформации организации, включающий в себя управленческую модель и рекомендации по ее применению современны­ми организациями.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Аргументировать ключевую роль цифровизации в изменении характера процессов, протекающих в организации, а также в экономике и обществе в целом; охарактеризовать предпосылки цифровой трансформации и сгруппировать их; систематизировать вызовы, со­провождающие осуществление цифровой трансформации в современных организациях; пред­ставить управленческую модель цифровой трансформации организации; обосновать необхо­димость проведения технологического аудита в рамках применения данной модели.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Методологической основой исследования стали концептуальные представления об инновационном развитии и теоретические основы цифровизации, что позволило исполь­зовать систему общенаучных методов и подходов к исследованию, включая анализ и синтез, экспертные оценки, методы факторного анализа, визуализацию и обобщения. Материалом для анализа на этапе подготовки статьи послужили обзоры и аналитические отчеты крупных консалтинговых и исследовательских компаний, а также информация, размещенная на офи­циальных интернет-ресурсах.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. С помощью авторских предложений обоснована возрастающая роль цифровой трансформации как необходимого элемента информационного общества, изменяющего направ­ленность и характер управленческих и бизнес-процессов современной организации. Охаракте­ризованы предпосылки цифровой трансформации, и представлена их группировка, базирую­щаяся на текущем сценарии цифрового развития, обусловленном стремительным ростом ин­новаций, которые оказывают непосредственное влияние на деятельность всех организаций. Систематизированы вызовы, с которыми организациям приходится сталкиваться в процессе осуществления цифровой трансформации, а также задачи по их минимизации и преодолению, основанные на постановке проблемных вопросов в рамках оценки цифровой зрелости пред­приятия. Предложена циклическая управленческая модель цифровой трансформации органи­зации, предполагающая четкую последовательность действий с проработкой комплекса управ­ленческих мер стратегической направленности по совершенствованию реализуемых бизнес- процессов. Аргументирована необходимость проведения технологического аудита в рамках применения модели цифровой трансформации, и даны рекомендации по его организации с учетом направленности, масштаба, а также приоритизации осуществляемых действий.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. На основании анализа публикаций и исследования отличительных характеристик современного этапа управления организацией сделан вывод о том, что проведение цифровой трансформации — сегодня один из важнейших трендов и одновременно вызов для менедж­мента организации. Реализация предложенного автором управленческого подхода должна обеспечить ускоренную интеграцию организации в цифровое пространство и повышение ее стратегической конкурентоспособности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the characteristics of the current stage of digitalization and on this basis to form a management approach to the implementation of the digital transformation of the organization, including a management model and recommendations for its use by modern or­ganizations.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. To argue the key role of digitalization in changing the nature of processes occurring in the organization, as well as in the economy and society as a whole; to characterize the pre­requisites of digital transformation and group them; to systematize the challenges that accom­pany the implementation of digital transformation in modern organizations; to present a man­agement model of digital transformation of the organization; to justify the need for a technol­ogy audit in the application of this model.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The methodological basis of the research was the conceptual ideas about innovative development and the theoretical foundations of digitalization, which allowed to use a system of general scientific methods and approaches to the study, including analysis and synthesis, expert assessments, methods of factor analysis, visualization and generalization. The material for analysis at the stage of preparing the article was reviews and analytical reports of major consulting and research companies, as well as information posted on official Internet resources. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The increasing role of digital transformation as a necessary element of the information society, which changes the focus and nature of management and business processes of modern organizations, was substantiated with the help of the author's proposals. The prerequisites of digital transformation are characterized, and their grouping is presented, based on the cur­rent scenario of digital development, due to the rapid growth of innovation, which has a direct impact on the activities of all organizations. The challenges that organizations have to face in the implementation of digital transformation, as well as the tasks to minimize and overcome them, based on the statement of problematic issues in the assessment of the digital maturity of the enterprise are systematized. A cyclic management model of digital transformation of the organization, which implies a clear sequence of actions with the elaboration of a set of manage­ment measures of strategic orientation to improve the implemented business processes, was proposed. The need for a technology audit as part of the application of the digital transforma­tion model is argued, and recommendations for its organization are given, taking into account the focus, scope, and prioritization of the actions taken.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Based on the analysis of publications and the study of the distinctive character­istics of the current stage of organizational management, it is concluded that the digital trans­formation is one of the most important trends and challenges for organizational management today.
