Разработать модель инновационного развития страхования в России на основании глубинного анализа научных работ, опроса страховщиков и рыночной ситуации.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Исследовать модели инновационного развития в страховой сфере; выявить проблемы, влияющие на внедрение инноваций в страховом бизнесе; проанализировать каналы приобретения страховых продуктов страхователями и проверить гипотезу предпочтения страхователями цифровых каналов при выборе страховки в зависимости от возраста и пола; определить наиболее популярные виды страховых продуктов среди страхователей; показать перспективные инновационные подходы в страховании в России.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Исследование проведено с использованием общенаучных и частнонаучных методов, формально-логического подхода, а также анкетирования страхователей.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Разработана модель инновационного развития страхования в России на основании глубинного анализа научных работ, опроса страховщиков и рыночной ситуации. Гипотеза о наличии зависимости в выборе каналов страхования по возрасту (поколению) для разных видов страхования выявила зависимость выбора страхового канала только для автострахования. Гипотеза о совместном влиянии пола и поколения на выбор каналов приобретения страховых полисов не подтверждена. Согласно опросу, к самым популярным видам из полисов можно отнести автострахование и страхование для выезда за границу. Обычное страхование остается более популярным среди респондентов, чем цифровое.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Выявлена проблема взаимодействия и коммуникаций между страховщиком и страхователем. Цифровое страхование недостаточно развито среди страховщиков в России. Разработанная клиентоориентированная модель даст возможность сформировать долгосрочные взаимоотношения между компаниями и клиентами. Удобные практичные цифровые инструменты позволят создать условия для устойчивого роста компаний и получить важные конкурентные преимущества на рынке.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to develop a model for the innovative development of insurance in Russia based on an in-depth analysis of scientific papers, a survey of insurers, and the market situation.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors examine innovative development models in the insurance sector; identify problems affecting the introduction of innovations in the insurance business; analyze channels through which insurers purchase insurance products; test the hypothesis about insurers giving preference to digital channels when choosing insurance depending on age and gender; identify the most popular types of insurance products among insurants; highlight promising innovative approaches in Russian insurance.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This study uses general and private scientific methods, a formal logical approach, and survey of insurers.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A model for the innovative development of insurance in Russia is developed based on an in-depth analysis of scientific papers, a survey of insurers, and the market situation. Testing of the hypothesis about the dependence of the choice of insurance channels on age (generation) for different types of insurance indicates that such a dependence exists only for car insurance. The hypothesis about the joint influence of gender and generation on the choice of channels for purchasing insurance policies is not confirmed. According to the survey, the most popular types of policies include car insurance and travel insurance. Conventional insurance remains more popular among respondents than digital insurance.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. A problem of interaction and communication between the insurer and the insurant is revealed. Digital insurance is not sufficiently developed among Russian insurers. The developed client-oriented model will make it possible to establish long-term relationships between companies and customers.
