В исследовании изложены результаты разработки диагностический модели организационной культуры, позволяющей провести оценку ее инновационности как формальной характеристики, которая может быть рассчитана с помощью эмпирических методов.Задачи. Провести классификацию методов диагностики и исследования организационной культуры; на ее основе предложить диагностическую модель инновационной организационной культуры как метода социально-психологического исследования организационных изменений, а также метода оценки инновационности организации.Методология. Авторами использованы общенаучные методы системного, логического, структурного и сравнительного анализа, качественные методы опроса, наблюдения, анкетирования, анализа документации.Результаты. Проведенный обзор методов анализа и диагностики организационной культуры относительно параметра инновационности показал, что в современной практике организационного исследования наблюдается формирование значительной совокупности методов, характеризующихся мозаичностью и отсутствием эмпирически обоснованной модели.Вывод. Предложенная модель служит надежным инструментом оценки готовности организационной культуры к изменениям на уровне индивидуальной, групповой и организационной готовности, прошедшим психометрическую проверку, и применимым для оценки социально-психологических явлений в контексте организационных изменений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. This study presents the results of the development of a diagnostic model of organizational culture, which makes it possible to assess innovativeness as a formal characteristic that can be calculated using empirical methods.Tasks. The author systemizes methods for diagnosing and studying organizational culture; based on the resulting classification, proposes a diagnostic model of innovative organizational culture as a method for conducting socio-psychological research of organizational changes and assessing the organization’s innovativeness.Methods. The study uses general scientific methods of logical, structural, comparative, and systems analysis, qualitative methods of survey, observation, questionnaire, documentation analysis.Results. A review of methods for analyzing and diagnosing organizational culture in terms of innovativeness shows that in modern practice of organizational research there are many methods characterized by mosaic structure and absence of an empirically based model.Conclusion.
