Цель. Определение влияния современных трендов развития на экономику совместного пользования.Задачи. Проанализировать вопросы развития экономики совместного пользования в разные периоды; сформулировать и проверить гипотезы о влиянии технологических и социальных трендов на развитие экономики совместного пользования; обосновать разделение рассматриваемого периода на четыре этапа; описать выявленные закономерности однофакторными регрессионными моделями.Методология. Процедура исследования включает в себя четыре этапа: отбор данных, их преобразование, устранение тренда и разделение анализируемого этапа на периоды, проверку сформулированных гипотез в каждом из периодов, а также проверку качества полученных моделей. В информационную базу исследования входит перечень тематических индексов, рассчитываемых агентством Indxx (США).Результаты. При определении периодов развития экономики совместного пользования установлено влияние общемировых событий на динамику развития шеринг-экономики, что подтверждает динамика значений индекса шеринг-экономики в пандемийный и постпандемийный период. В ходе проверки гипотез обнаружено, что наиболее значимым фактором для развития экономики совместного пользования является развитие финтеха и децентрализованных финансов. Вместе с тем показано, что в период с октября 2018 г. по декабрь 2019 г. прослеживается связь развития экономики совместного пользования и компаний, деятельность которых ориентирована на поколение Y.Выводы. Выявленные закономерности свидетельствуют о подтверждении ведущей роли цифровых технологий в развитии экономики совместного пользования.

Aim. The presented study aims to assess the impact of modern development trends on the sharing economy.Tasks. The authors analyze the development of the sharing economy across different periods; formulate and test hypotheses about the impact of technological and social trends on the development of the sharing economy; substantiate the division of the examined period into four stages; describe the revealed patterns using single factor regression models.Methods. The study includes four stages: data selection and processing, trend elimination and division of the analyzed stage into periods, verification of the formulated hypotheses for each of the periods, and quality control of the obtained models. The information basis of the study includes a list of thematic indexes calculated by the Indxx agency (USA).Results. During the identification of periods of development of the sharing economy, the influence of global events on the dynamics of the sharing economy is determined, which is confirmed by the dynamics of the values of the sharing economy index during the pandemic and postpandemic period. Testing of the hypothesis shows that the most significant factor for the development of the sharing economy is the development of fintech and decentralized finance. That said, in the period from October 2018 to December 2019, there is a correlation between the development of the sharing economy and companies whose activity is focused on generation Y.Conclusions. The revealed patterns confirm the leading role of digital technologies in the development of the sharing economy.
