Разработать концепцию цифровой трансформации на примере промышленного предприятия, которая позволит системно и эффективно проводить цифровую трансформацию отдельных процессов, их участков и даже в целом организации, работающей в промышленной сфере.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Определить выполнимую со слабым уровнем зависимости от компетенций руководителя цифровой трансформации последовательность подготовительных и трансформационных шагов, способствующую проведению цифровой трансформации в организации; выработать комплекс методологических решений, объединенных в виде целостного методологического комплекса, позволяющего формализовать владельца организации — принципала и руководителя цифровой трансформации — агента в процессе ее проведения.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Методологической основой публикации послужили исследования в области цифровой трансформации, а также собственный анализ кейсов цифровой трансформации, проведенный авторами исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Разработанная в ходе проведения исследования концепция цифровой трансформации содержит необходимый комплекс методологических инструментов для формирования программы цифровой трансформации и ее выполнения на промышленном предприятии. Созданная методологическая основа цифровой трансформации позволяет последовательно запланировать и провести ее, независимо от уровня цифровой зрелости трансформируемого процесса и организации, а также от уровня компетенций руководителя цифровой трансформации.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Разработанная авторами статьи концепция проведения цифровой трансформации позволяет перевести мероприятия или масштабную программу цифровой трансформации из категории управленческого поиска решений с высоким уровнем неопределенности в категорию методологически обоснованного воспроизводящегося и выполнимого комплекса действий с высоким уровнем результативности. Иными словами, предложенная концепция цифровой трансформации дает возможность говорить о ней не как об «искусстве» с непредсказуемыми результатами, зависящими от компетенций организатора процесса, а как о воспроизводящейся деятельности с предсказуемыми достижениями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to develop a concept of digital transformation through the example of an industrial enterprise to enable comprehensive and efficient digital transformation of separate processes, their stages, and even entire organizations in the industrial sphere.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors determine a series of preparatory and transformational steps that can be executed with little dependence on the competencies of the head of digital transformation and would facilitate digital transformation in the organization; develop a methodology in the form of an integrated methodological framework that makes it possible to formalize the owner of the organization as the principal and the head of digital transformation as the agent in the process of its implementation.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The methodological basis of the study includes research in the field of digital transformation and the authors’ analysis of digital transformation cases.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The concept of digital transformation developed in the study contains the necessary methodological tools for the formation of a digital transformation program and its implementation at an industrial enterprise. The created methodological basis of digital transformation makes it possible to consistently plan and carry it out, regardless of the level of digital maturity of the transformed process and organization or the level of competence of the head of digital transformation.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The concept of digital transformation developed by the authors makes it possible to transfer digital transformation events or a large-scale program from the category of managerial search for solutions with a high level of uncertainty to the category of a methodologically sound reproducible and feasible set of actions with a high level of effectiveness.
