Проанализировать существующие подходы к определению сущности санаторно-курортной услуги и выделению ее отдельных составляющих, а также построить модель данной услуги как многокомпонентного продукта санаторно-курортного комплекса региона.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Изучить подходы к определению санаторно-курортного продукта; охарактеризовать соотношение понятий «санаторно-курортный продукт» и «санаторно-курортная услуга»; обосновать необходимость композиционного подхода к моделированию санаторнокурортных услуг; уточнить определение и построить авторскую модель санаторно-курортных услуг.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. С помощью общих методов научного познания, композиционного подхода и методов моделирования изучены различные подходы к определению и выявлению составляющих пакета санаторно-курортной услуги. Обоснована необходимость расширения круга организаций, участвующих в создании этой услуги.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В современных условиях конкурентоспособная санаторно-курортная услуга все чаще является продуктом не одной специализированной санаторно-курортной организации (далее — СКО), а результатом коллаборации нескольких различных с функциональной точки зрения организаций. СКО может быть создана и не самостоятельно, а с привлечением соисполнителей. Санаторно-курортная услуга представляет собой набор (или пакет) полезностей. Таким образом, модель данной услуги должна включать в себя несколько уровней, в том числе базовые компоненты, дополнительные услуги и составляющую кастомизации.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Санаторно-курортная услуга в настоящее время это — многокомпонентный пакет материальных и нематериальных составляющих (услуг, мероприятий, впечатлений, товаров), которые позволяют потребителю удовлетворять потребности в рекреации (оздоровлении и отдыхе) в целом. Такой подход способствует повышению ее адаптивности под нужды и требования того или иного потребителя. Разработка пакета составляющих санаторно-курортной услуги приведет к росту экономической и инвестиционной привлекательности санаторно-курортного комплекса в целом. Композиционный подход позволяет более четко планировать деятельность СКО, обеспечивает большую прозрачность процессов производства услуг, расчета их себестоимости и т. д.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to analyze existing approaches to determining the essence of a health resort service and indentifying its individual components and to build a model of such a service as a multicomponent product of the regional health resort complex.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors investigate approaches to defining a health resort product; describe the relationship between the concepts of ‘health resort product’ and ‘health resort service’; substantiate the need for a compositional approach to modeling health resort services; specify the definition and build an original model of health resort services.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This study uses general scientific methods of cognition, a compositional approach, and modeling methods to investigate various approaches to defining and identifying the components of a health resort service package. The necessity of expanding the range of organizations involved in the creation of such a service is substantiated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In modern conditions, a competitive health resort service is often not a product of a specialized health resort organization, but the result of collaboration of several organizations that are different from a functional perspective. A health resort organization can be created not independently, but with the involvement of joint participants. A health resort service is a package of benefits. Thus, a model of such a service should include several levels, including basic components, additional services, and a certain degree of customization.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Currently, a health resort service is a multicomponent package of tangible and intangible elements (services, events, impressions, goods) that allow the customer to satisfy the needs for recreation (wellness and leisure) in general. Such an approach helps to increase the service’s adaptability to the needs and requirements of a particular customer. By developing the package of components of a health resort service, it will be possible to increase the overall economic and investment attractiveness of the health resort complex.
