Цель. Оценка факторов, влияющих на инвестиционное сотрудничество России и Вьетнама в рамках зоны свободной торговли (ЗСТ) между Евразийским экономическим союзом (ЕАЭС) и Социалистической Республикой Вьетнам (СРВ).

Задачи

Задачи. Анализ инвестиционной стратегии и инвестиционного климата СРВ на современном этапе; оценка текущего состояния инвестиционного сотрудничества России и Вьетнама; исследование влияния заключения Соглашения о ЗСТ между странами ЕАЭС и Вьетнамом на российско-вьетнамское инвестиционное сотрудничество; построение регрессионных моделей, оценивающих воздействие различных факторов на объемы двусторонних прямых инвестиций России и Вьетнама; определение рисков, возникающих в современных условиях для развития инвестиционного сотрудничества между Россией и Вьетнамом; выявление направлений дальнейшего взаимодействия.

Методология

Методология. В статье использованы такие методы исследования, как теоретический и сравнительный анализ, построение эконометрических моделей, наблюдение, синтез, обобщение и описание.

Результаты

Результаты. Проведенное исследование показало, что в настоящее время Вьетнам становится одной из наиболее привлекательных стран в мире для иностранных инвесторов. Несмотря на невысокие показатели, российско-вьетнамское инвестиционное сотрудничество имеет большой потенциал. Анализ регрессионных моделей показал, что Соглашение о ЗСТ между ЕАЭС и Вьетнамом положительно влияет на российско-вьетнамское инвестиционное взаимодействие.

Вывод

Вывод. Наблюдающиеся положительные тенденции развития инвестиционного сотрудничества России и Вьетнама осложняются санкциями, введенными недружественными странами в отношении России. Тем не менее наличие Соглашения о ЗСТ между ЕАЭС и Вьетнамом, выработка механизмов сотрудничества в новых условиях могут способствовать усилению инвестиционного взаимодействия России и Вьетнама путем частичного замещения Вьетнамом западных контрагентов России в области высоких технологий, нефтегазовой и сельскохозяйственной промышленности.

Aim

Aim. The presented study aims to assess factors affecting the investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam under the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV).

Tasks

Tasks. The authors analyze the investment strategy and investment climate of the SRV at the present stage; assess the current state of investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam; investigate the impact of the FTA between the EAEU and Vietnam on the investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam; build regression models to assess the impact of different factors on the volume of bilateral direct investment from Russia and Vietnam; identify risks in the development of investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam under modern conditions; determine areas for further cooperation.

Methods

Methods. This study uses the following research methods: theoretical and comparative analysis, construction of econometric models, observation, synthesis, generalization, and description.

Results

Results. The conducted research shows that Vietnam is becoming one of the world’s most attractive countries for foreign investors. Despite low indicators, the investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam has great potential. Analysis of regression models shows that the FTA between the EAEU and Vietnam has a positive effect on Russian-Vietnamese investment cooperation.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The observed positive trends in the development of investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam are complicated by sanctions imposed on Russia by unfriendly countries. Nevertheless, the FTA between the EAEU and Vietnam and the development of cooperation mechanisms under new conditions can facilitate the strengthening of investment cooperation between Russia and Vietnam by partially replacing Vietnam with Russia’s western counterparties in the fields of high technology, oil and gas, and agriculture.
