Обосновать включение оценки дуальной результативности менеджмента в стратегию развития промышленного предприятия.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Охарактеризовать теоретические аспекты оценки дуальной результативности системы менеджмента предприятия; разработать методические рекомендации по учету дуальной результативности системы менеджмента в стратегии развития промышленного предприятия.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. В настоящей статье с помощью общих методов познания (теоретического синтеза и компаративного анализа) рассмотрены различные аспекты природы оценки, а также обосновано формирование в научной литературе нового подхода к эволюции менеджмента, базирующегося на принципах функциональности, гармоничности и системности, и опирающегося на оценочную дуальность его результативности.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Основным результатом исследования служит разработка концептуальной схемы учета дуальной результативности системы менеджмента промышленного предприятия в стратегии становления «локомотивом роста». При этом дуальность результативности управленческих решений предприятия выявлена на основе триады оценок: консолидации организационных усилий, направленных на обеспечение целевой устойчивости системы менеджмента; адаптационного поведения системы менеджмента с учетом функциональной и иерархической связи ее структурных элементов и кристаллизации лидерских позиций предприятия в контексте измерения его вклада в социально-экономическое развитие региона предприятия.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Разработанные автором методические рекомендации будут полезны как промышленным предприятиям, менеджмент которых ориентирован на решение эндогенных и экзогенных проблем социально-экономического развития, так и представителям науки, занимающимся вопросами стратегического управления, а также органам власти, ориентированным на поиск и поддержку «локомотивов роста».</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to substantiate the inclusion of dual management performance assessment in the development strategy of an industrial enterprise.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The author describes the theoretical aspects of assessing the dual performance of the enterprise management system; develops methodological recommendations for making allowance for the dual performance of the management system in the development strategy of an industrial enterprise.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This study uses general methods of cognition (theoretical synthesis and comparative analysis) to investigate various aspects of the nature of assessment and to substantiate the formation of a new approach to the evolution of management in scientific literature based on the principles of functionality, harmony, and consistency and the estimated duality of management performance.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The main result of the study is the development of a conceptual framework for making allowance for the dual performance of the management system of an industrial enterprise in the strategy for becoming the ‘engine of growth’. That said, the dual performance of the management decisions of an enterprise is identified using a triad of assessments: consolidation of organizational efforts aimed at ensuring the target stability of the management system; adaptive behavior of the management system with allowance for the functional and hierarchical relationships between its structural elements and crystallization of the leadership positions of the enterprise in the context of measuring its contribution to the socio-economic development of the enterprise’s region.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
