Выявление причин и факторов, обусловливающих положительный эффект интеграции усилий представителей институализированной (профессиональной) и социальной (гражданской) науки для получения нового знания в цифровой среде. Настоящее исследование направлено на изучение феномена «гражданская наука» в контексте современных тенденций развития механизмов создания научного знания.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Рассмотреть подходы к пониманию сущности понятия «гражданская наука» в соотнесении с концепциями партисипации, распределенного знания, Науки 2.0 и др.; выявить возможности и перспективные области кооперации профессиональной и гражданской науки; сформулировать условия и направления дальнейшего развития механизмов создания научного знания с участием научного волонтерства.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. С помощью общих методов научного познания в различных аспектах рассмотрены феномен и понятие «гражданская наука» как важная составляющая механизмов создания научного знания в проектной форме с применением возможностей цифровых инструментов и сетевых технологий.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Охарактеризованы генезис и приоритетные направления развития гражданской науки. Аргументированы основания и факторы комплементарности профессиональной и гражданской науки. Развитие цифровых инструментов и сетевых технологий рассмотрено в качестве существенного условия дальнейшего развития механизмов создания научного знания.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Развитие гражданской науки представляет собой закономерный этап развития общества, в котором для его дальнейшего развития необходима консолидация усилий носителей различных компетенций для сбора и обработки научных данных.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to identify the causes and factors that determine the positive effect of integrating the efforts of the representatives of institutionalized (professional) and social (citizen) science to obtain new knowledge in the digital environment; to investigate the phenomenon of “citizen science” in the context of current trends in the development of scientific knowledge creation mechanisms.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors examine approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of “citizen science” in relation to the concepts of participation, distributed knowledge, Science 2.0, etc.; identify opportunities and promising areas for the collaboration between professional and citizen science; formulate conditions and directions for further development of scientific knowledge creation mechanisms involving scientific volunteering.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This study uses general scientific methods of cognition in various aspects to consider the phenomenon and concept of “citizen science” as a vital component of the mechanisms of scientific knowledge creation in project form using the capabilities of digital tools and network technology.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The genesis and priority directions for the development of citizen science are described. The reasons and factors of complementarity between professional and citizen science are substantiated. The development of digital tools and network technology is considered as an essential condition for further development of scientific knowledge creation mechanisms.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
