Описать универсальную динамическую модель выбора очередности запуска проекта на основе анализа его процессуально-технологических составляющих.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Актуализировать технологические направления запуска проекта, описать укрупненные группы проектов и их особенности, рассмотреть алгоритм запуска, смоделировать процессуальную систему факторного анализа успешности проекта.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Исследование проведено с применением методов анализа информации и последующего синтеза новых знаний в виде авторских выводов, формализованных посредством процессуального моделирования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Описаны технологические и процессуальные особенности различных проектов, представлена авторская интерпретация модели анализа проектов.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Настоящая модель является универсальным аналитическим инструментом, поскольку подходит как для венчурного инвестора и предпринимателя-основателя с одной стороны, так и применима на различных этапах реализации выбранных проектов — с другой.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The presented study aims to describe a universal dynamic model for prioritizing the launch of projects by analyzing their procedural and technological components.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. The authors update the technological directions of project launch, describe the major groups of projects and their features, examine the launch algorithm, and model the procedural system of factor analysis of the project’s success rate.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This study uses analysis of information and subsequent synthesis of new knowledge in the form of the authors’ conclusions formalized through procedural modeling.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
